PrimAl High Performance Surface Treatment for Aluminium Alloys – The PRIMary ALuminium treatment

PrimAl was developed as a result of an EC funded project tasked with finding a surface treatment for aluminium mould tools requiring excellent thermal and wear properties. It can be applied to most commercially available grades of aluminium alloys in a wide range of shape & form (ie sheet, tube, machined & cast items etc) imparting exceptional thermal performance and wear resistance. Wherever heat absorption / emission or wear resistance is a problem or needs to be improved then PrimAl could be the answer. .
